Baltic Park Slope, New York

The developers chose Eltherington for their expertise in fabricating aluminum, as well as their ability to supply over 200 window pods and 100 intricate flashings on a strict schedule.

The materials used included 3mm extruded aluminum for the window pods, 3mm fabricated aluminum for the sills and slab edge beams, all of which were powder coated to the IGP Presslinger classing range. Special fabrications and roofline flashings were also incorporated into the design.

The end result was a visually stunning building with high-quality craftsmanship that met the needs and expectations of the developers and future residents. Eltherington Architectural Solutions' ability to deliver on time and on budget made them a top choice for this project.
