Extruded Plank System - EPS
Extruded Plank System (EPS) is a modern and innovative approach to cladding systems that is gaining popularity in the construction industry.
The EPS uses 2mm extruded aluminum, which enables a quick, simple, and secret fix installation process. The standard plank returns, combined with the extruded vertical profile, ensures an accurate 8mm vertical and horizontal joint gap, giving the finished project a seamless and professional appearance.
The EPS system is not only visually pleasing but is also highly functional and durable. Its impact-resistant extruded aluminum makes it suitable for use in all areas, including ground floor vulnerable areas. The EPS is a bottom to top installation process that begins at the bottom of the elevation. Each plank is fed into the male/female plank return below it and secured by mechanical fixings through site drilled slots into the extruded Hilti-Eurofox subframe.
In conclusion, the EPS is a reliable and cost-effective cladding system that provides both aesthetic and practical benefits. Its extruded aluminum construction and unique installation process make it ideal for various applications. It provides a long-lasting solution that requires minimal maintenance, making it an excellent investment for any construction project.
