This external facade product provides protection from the sun's rays, reducing the effect of solar gain and the requirement for high-energy summer cooling systems at the college. The Bris soleil/solar shading aluminum cladding integrates seamlessly with the curtain walling system, and bespoke aluminum and steel brackets connect the solar shading to the curtain walling system.

Not only does the solar shading system provide practical benefits, but it also enhances the building's aesthetic appeal. The contemporary design of the building is complemented by the high level of design flexibility provided by Eltherington's perforated service, which was able to meet the specifiers' requirements within a short lead time. Overall, the installation of this solar shading system has greatly improved the comfort and energy efficiency of Corpus Christi College.
