Castlepoint shopping centre is a popular destination for shopping enthusiasts in the UK. With a total development of 41 Acres, it is one of the largest shopping parks in the country. The car park and associated walkways of the shopping centre were recently demolished and rebuilt by Kier, a leading construction company. The project was carried out over a period of 5 years and aimed to improve the shopping experience of visitors by providing them with a modern and efficient parking facility. The new car park and walkways are designed to ensure a smooth flow of traffic and provide easy access to the shops. Kier's expertise in construction has helped Castlepoint shopping centre to maintain its position as one of the top shopping destinations in the UK.

Through Lockmetal Limited, Eltherington Architectural manufacture over 1,225 l/m / 3000m2 of the bespoke 3-part interlocking Teardrop Fascia to the perimeter of the carpark and staircase walkways. Eltherington also manufactured numerus bespoke square and circular Column Casings including special cut out details around the I beams using 2 and 3mm Aluminium finished in RAL 9010
