Project: One Causeway Park, Staines

The One Causeway Park project is a new £40M office development in Egham, Staines, the building itself will be five-storeys in height and will cover an area of 120,000sq ft, consisting of a fair-faced concrete structure and soffits, aluminium and unitised cladding systems. This impressive modern working environment will be visible from the M25 and be a signature building for the area.

Brookfield Retail Park

Project: Brookfield Retail Park, Hertfordshire

System: Interlocking Plank System (IPS) CWCT tested.

System: Through Fix System (TFS1) CWCT tested

Finish: Polyester Powder coated

North London’s premier out-of-town retail destination is undergoing a full façade and shopfront redevelopment. 6000m2 of Eltherington’s aluminium Plank and cassette systems will be powder coated in 4 different RAL colours and installed with our CWCT tested Hilti subframe.

One of the largest regeneration sites underway in London is

Brunel Street Works. Our Through Fix (TFS1) and Castellated (CS) systems were specified to add the finishing touches to these

striking buildings positioned adjacent to Canning Town station.

All of our rainscreen systems are independently tested and accredited by CWCT using the Hilti Eurofox support system.

In partnership with Hilti we offer the complete system, from design, measure, brackets, fixings, mounting insulation, firestop, profiles & alignment to rainscreen cladding, as well as nationwide on-site support from the Hilti Building Envelope Specialists and Engineering team, we have every base covered.

The team at Eltherington are able to provide support to customers at all stages of the design and installation process. This is backed up by specialist teams from Hilti that can ensure outcomes are fully optimized on site.

Eltherington operates a 12-acre state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Hull and is able to supply a wide range of standard and bespoke solutions for building facades, roofline, column casings, perforated panels and 3D castellated cladding.

All the company’s architectural metalwork solutions are manufactured at its new headquarters in Hull.
